Dan and I truly can't say thank you enough for all your help with the house.  We appreciated your honesty and your advice as well as the fact that you weren't pushy.  You helped us focus while still letting us decide what was important to us.  If we sell this house befroe your retire we will be call you again.

I would like to let people know how happy we were with your service. You did an excellent job! I am living in SK but own a house with my elderly mother and Cathy helped us greatly in selling the house. My mom did not like to drive in winter and Cathy gave her lots of notice and even offered to pick her up and drive her to the mall or somewhere if she wanted to leave the house when it was being shown. She was very patient with us and especially my mother and she is the only one that we would use when we come back to Cranbrook. She phoned us in Sask and kept us informed all of the time. My mother had wanted to get out of the house so that she would not have to do the yard work anymore and at the time said she only wanted to rent. Once the house sold she changed her mind and Cathy got straight to work trying to find something that my mother would like. My mom was pleased when she received flowers at the house when she moved in and likes and trusts Cathy like a friend and I feel like she is a trusted friend too. Anybody looking for a trust worthy person to help them buy or sell a house I recommend Cathy Graham and you can give them our phone number if required as we have nothing but good to say about you!!!
